Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, events, and other hotel services.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education background (diploma or degree) in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent English communication in both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
