Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the hotel’s revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and market penetration.
• Leverage a strong network to build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, sales forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Sales in the hotel industry.
• Minimum Bachelor or Diploma degree.
• Possesses a strong network in the corporate and travel industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work under target and deadline.
• Open to Male or Female candidates.
