Position: Asst. / Sales Manager Corporate
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, focusing on the Jakarta and Kuningan business districts.
- Proactively identify and solicit new corporate business for the hotel.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for room nights and revenue.
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in Jakarta.
- Strong network of corporate clients in the Jakarta area.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven and proactive individual.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiar with hotel CRM and sales software.
