Position: Asst. / Sales Manager Corporate

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, focusing on the Jakarta and Kuningan business districts.
• Proactively identify and solicit new corporate business for the hotel.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for room nights and revenue.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in Jakarta.
• Strong network of corporate clients in the Jakarta area.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• A results-driven and proactive individual.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with hotel CRM and sales software.
