Position: Event Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all hotel events, from corporate meetings to bespoke weddings.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring all details are captured and flawlessly delivered.
• Liaise with all internal departments (Banquet, Culinary, AV) to ensure event success.
• Manage event budgets, billing, and post-event follow-up.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the guest event experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or Convention Services Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Strong background in planning and executing high-profile events and weddings.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A passionate hotelier committed to creativity and excellence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams to deliver unforgettable events.
• Experience in the Surabaya MICE market is highly desirable.
