Position: Assistant/Manager Sales Wedding

Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in selling and coordinating luxury weddings at Conrad Bali’s iconic venues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients, both locally and internationally.
  • Conduct inspiring site inspections and create bespoke, detailed wedding proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets for the wedding segment.
  • Ensure flawless execution of weddings by coordinating with all hotel departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Wedding Sales Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star luxury resort, preferably in Bali.
  • A strong network of wedding planners and vendors.
  • Passionate about creating unforgettable, high-end wedding experiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and meticulous organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must thrive in an award-winning culture.
