Position: Sales Manager – Wedding
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in selling the hotel’s bespoke wedding and social event capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients in East Java.
- Conduct site inspections and create tailored proposals to win iconic wedding business.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets for the wedding segment.
- Represent the hotel at bridal fairs and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Proven success as a Sales Manager specializing in weddings, preferably in a luxury Surabaya hotel.
- A strong network of contacts in the East Java wedding industry.
- Passionate about creating unforgettable, elegant, and timeless wedding experiences.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- A creative and detail-oriented professional.
- Committed to excellence and achieving sales goals.
