Position: Sales Manager – Wedding

Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in selling the hotel’s bespoke wedding and social event capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients in East Java.
  • Conduct site inspections and create tailored proposals to win iconic wedding business.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets for the wedding segment.
  • Represent the hotel at bridal fairs and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success as a Sales Manager specializing in weddings, preferably in a luxury Surabaya hotel.
  • A strong network of contacts in the East Java wedding industry.
  • Passionate about creating unforgettable, elegant, and timeless wedding experiences.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • A creative and detail-oriented professional.
