Position: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and/or leisure accounts to drive room revenue.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Jakarta and SCBD markets.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s goals.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Passionate, driven, and possesses a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of the local Jakarta hotel market.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM software.
