Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest complaints, emergencies, and operational issues.
• Supervise and support the front desk, concierge, and bell desk teams.
• Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are followed by the Front Office staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and work to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education background (diploma or degree) in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or senior Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent English communication in both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
