Position: FO Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the front desk team to ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service processes.
• Train and mentor Guest Service Agents to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Act as a point of escalation for guest issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments, particularly Housekeeping and Engineering, to meet guest needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work under target and deadline.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Open to Male or Female candidates.
