Position: Guest Service Agent (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and payments professionally.
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Able to work independently or within a team.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressures.
