Position: Hommate (Front Desk)
General Requirements:
- Relevant experience or educational background, preferably in Front Office.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the same position (Front Desk Agent).
- Guest satisfaction oriented and maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Good English literate, both oral & written.
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
