Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest room reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Provide detailed information regarding room types, rates, and hotel promotions
- Process and confirm bookings accurately within the reservation system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability and special packages
- Collaborate with the sales and front office teams to maximize room occupancy
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel reservations or a similar administrative role
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Competence in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a relevant discipline
