Position: Executive Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations in Anyer.
- Implement Accor’s strategic initiatives.
- Deputize for the General Manager.
- Ensure financial performance and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an EAM or similar senior role in a 5-star resort.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of Banten’s hospitality market dynamics.
- Strong business acumen and P&L management experience.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Impeccable professional presentation and communication.
