Position: Executive Assistant Manager
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
- Oversee various departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor department heads to achieve property goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
