Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Experience supporting executive management
- Pre-opening administrative support experience is helpful
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Professional demeanor and discretion
