Position: Director of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Implement Hilton’s brand standards and operational procedures throughout the property
- Manage operational budgets and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Lead and mentor department heads to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of safety and quality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or Hotel Manager in a large-scale 5-star hotel
- Strong background in pre-opening and operational excellence
- Excellent problem-solving and guest relations skills
- Ability to lead a large team and drive organizational performance
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Passionate about delivering world-class service and brand consistency
