Position: Executive Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Be fully in charge of hotel operations during the General Manager’s absence
  • Prepare monthly reports for the owning company and management
  • Ensure a high quality of service is delivered as per Novotel Standards
  • Monitor all sub-activities and complete financial management tasks for the department
  • Maintain strict adherence to policies, standards, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree from an accredited university
  • Experiences as EAM in 4 stars international hotel in Indonesia OR at least minimum 5 years of operational management experience with strong F&B background international hotel in Indonesia
  • Strong in organization, good communication and leadership
  • Passion for service and desire to provide outstanding guest service
  • Self driven person and able to adapt with new environment
