Position: Executive Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Be fully in charge of hotel operations during the General Manager’s absence
- Prepare monthly reports for the owning company and management
- Ensure a high quality of service is delivered as per Novotel Standards
- Monitor all sub-activities and complete financial management tasks for the department
- Maintain strict adherence to policies, standards, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Diploma degree from an accredited university
- Experiences as EAM in 4 stars international hotel in Indonesia OR at least minimum 5 years of operational management experience with strong F&B background international hotel in Indonesia
- Strong in organization, good communication and leadership
- Passion for service and desire to provide outstanding guest service
- Self driven person and able to adapt with new environment
