Position: Stewarding Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Stewarding operation, including kitchen hygiene and dishwashing.
- Manage inventory and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, chinaware, and cutlery.
- Develop and implement robust hygiene and sanitation protocols (HACCP compliant).
- Control chemical costs, labor schedules, and departmental budget.
- Lead, train, and manage the Stewarding team effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Stewarding Manager in a large 5-star hotel or resort.
- Expert knowledge of professional kitchen sanitation and equipment maintenance.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, able to manage a large team.
- Deep understanding of chemical handling safety and cost control.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Director.
- Familiarity with environmental and waste management regulations in Banten.
