Position: Commis Garde Manger
Responsibilities:
- Specialized preparation of cold foods, salads, and appetizers (Garde Manger).
- Ensure the artistic presentation and garnishing of cold dishes.
- Manage and organize the cold kitchen inventory efficiently.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene in the cold preparation area.
- Assist in the production of buffets and large-scale cold displays.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commis, specifically in Garde Manger or cold kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail in food presentation and garnishing.
- Knowledge of HACCP and safe cold food handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider kitchen team.
- Culinary certificate or diploma is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills for managing stock rotation.
- Willingness to relocate or currently residing in Anyer, Banten.
