Position: Commis II
Responsibilities:
- Perform intermediate food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and basic cooking.
- Assist Commis I and Chef de Parties in complex dish assembly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen utensils and tools.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the senior chef.
- Strictly follow all established hygiene and sanitation guidelines in the resort.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate from a reputable culinary school or equivalent experience as a trainee.
- Basic understanding of professional kitchen operations and hierarchy.
- Eagerness and high motivation to learn advanced culinary skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic kitchen environment.
- Strong commitment to team work and following instructions precisely.
- Good physical condition for a demanding kitchen role.
- Willingness to support the culinary team in Anyer, Banten.
