Position: Reservation Agent (Bali Office Placement)
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizenship
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same role
- Has a background in 5-star hotel or in luxury brand
- Has customer service skills and good phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations
- Sales and revenue driven with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English both in written and verbal
- Preferably domicile in Bali
