Position: Procurement Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requests (PRs) and convert them into official purchase orders (POs) accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all orders, deliveries, and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate with departmental users and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist the Procurement Manager in preparing bid analysis and vendor comparisons.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls for the purchasing cycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Procurement Coordinator or Purchasing Clerk in hospitality.
- Meticulous attention to detail in processing purchase orders and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
- Proficiency in purchasing software (e.g., Materials Control) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for vendor correspondence.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict procurement policies.
- Willingness to support the resort’s supply chain efficiently in Anyer.
