Position: Pastry Demi Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Pastry Chef de Partie in daily production and plating.
- Execute preparation tasks for various pastry and dessert components.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working order of all pastry equipment.
- Assist in the creation of display items for buffets and events.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and assist with proper storage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commis in a pastry section or professional bakery.
- Solid foundation in basic pastry techniques and recipe scaling.
- Eagerness to progress to a Chef de Partie role.
- Strong attention to detail in decoration and finishing.
- Ability to follow specific instructions from senior pastry chefs.
- Good physical stamina for standing long shifts.
- Willingness to work creatively in the Anyer resort team.
