Position: FB Manager (The Gunawarman)
Note: This is a hotel operations role specifically for The Gunawarman property.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant group.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train, motivate, and manage a large service team.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, fine dining standards (e.g., for outlets like Sofia), wine, and spirits.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Innovative mindset for developing F&B promotions and concepts.
- Fluent in English.
