Position: Executive Secretary (Head Quarter)
Note: This is a corporate role for SYAHESTABLISHMENTS Head Quarter, based at The Gunawarman.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or senior administrative assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and managing complex calendars.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coordinating travel, meetings, and preparing reports for the group.
