Mercure and ibis Samarinda are strategically located in the city center of Samarinda, offering a combined 301 rooms (139 for Mercure, 162 for ibis). Both hotels are conveniently connected to the City Centrum Lifestyle Mall and feature an enchanting view of the Mahakam River. Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior F&B Supervisor.
- Strong leadership, training, and team motivation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and dining experiences.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and P&L analysis.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient with POS systems and restaurant management software.
