Position: Waitress Hermier (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional food and beverage service to guests at the Hermier outlet.
- Present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver items with a luxury mindset.
- Maintain the cleanliness and setup of the dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience through attentive service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service of high-quality items.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star luxury hotel environment.
- Strong luxury service-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and physically fit.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional F&B team.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Available for shift work as a Daily Worker.
