Position: Events Service Manager (Banquet Service)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the banquet service team to ensure seamless execution of all events and functions.
- Coordinate with the events sales and culinary teams to meet specific guest requirements and event timelines.
- Maintain high standards of service excellence and address any guest feedback during events.
- Manage banquet inventory, equipment maintenance, and departmental operating costs.
- Develop and implement training programs for service staff to uphold Hyatt brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Events or Banquet Service Manager in a 5 star luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high profile events simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
