Position: Events Service Manager (Banquet Service)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the banquet service team to ensure seamless execution of all events and functions.
  • Coordinate with the events sales and culinary teams to meet specific guest requirements and event timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence and address any guest feedback during events.
  • Manage banquet inventory, equipment maintenance, and departmental operating costs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for service staff to uphold Hyatt brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Events or Banquet Service Manager in a 5 star luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high profile events simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
