Position: F&B Host – Li Lian

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests arriving at Li Lian with a professional attitude [cite: 16]
  • Manage restaurant bookings and seat guests according to the floor plan
  • Provide information about menus and restaurant concepts
  • Answer phone calls and handle reservation inquiries
  • Maintain a neat and organized host stand and entrance area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or Host in a high-end restaurant is desired [cite: 16]
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Professional appearance and warm personality
  • Ability to manage reservations and guest waitlists efficiently
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin skills are a benefit
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality preferred
