Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the overall performance of the F&B department
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to ensure satisfaction
  • Supervise floor staff and ensure service standards are consistently met
  • Coordinate with the events team for banquet and private dining arrangements
  • Analyze sales reports and assist in revenue management strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor in F&B
  • Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead a large multicultural team
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate resort operational needs
