Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the overall performance of the F&B department
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to ensure satisfaction
- Supervise floor staff and ensure service standards are consistently met
- Coordinate with the events team for banquet and private dining arrangements
- Analyze sales reports and assist in revenue management strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor in F&B
- Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a large multicultural team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate resort operational needs
