Mercure and ibis Samarinda are strategically located in the city center of Samarinda, offering a combined 301 rooms (139 for Mercure, 162 for ibis). Both hotels are conveniently connected to the City Centrum Lifestyle Mall and feature an enchanting view of the Mahakam River. We boast the biggest ballroom in the city with a wide Videotron screen, multiple dining venues including a rooftop restaurant, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- You will ensure a warm, personalized welcome, with guests’ well being always your priority.
- You liaise with the hotel’s various departments on customer requests, and are a recognized “facilitator”.
- You’re responsible for building customer loyalty.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
