Mercure and ibis Samarinda are strategically located in the city center of Samarinda, offering a combined 301 rooms (139 for Mercure, 162 for ibis). Both hotels are conveniently connected to the City Centrum Lifestyle Mall and feature an enchanting view of the Mahakam River. Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- You will ensure a warm, personalized welcome, with guests’ well being always your priority.
- You liaise with the hotel’s various departments on customer requests, and are a recognized “facilitator”.
- You’re responsible for building customer loyalty.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
