Position: Personal Assistant (Head Quarter)

Note: This is a corporate role for SYAHESTABLISHMENTS Head Quarter, based at The Gunawarman.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar support role, supporting senior management.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and personal errands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in managing calendars, correspondence, and travel logistics.
  • Fluent in English.
