Mercure and ibis Samarinda are strategically located in the city center of Samarinda, offering a combined 301 rooms (139 for Mercure, 162 for ibis). Both hotels are conveniently connected to the City Centrum Lifestyle Mall and feature an enchanting view of the Mahakam River. Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Front Desk Agent or Guest Service Agent.
- You will ensure a warm, personalized welcome, with guests’ well being always your priority.
- You liaise with the hotel’s various departments on customer requests.
- You’re responsible for building customer loyalty.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera, VHP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to work in shifts.
