Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Front Desk Agent or Guest Service Agent.
  • You will ensure a warm, personalized welcome, with guests’ well being always your priority.
  • You liaise with the hotel’s various departments on customer requests.
  • You’re responsible for building customer loyalty.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera, VHP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
