Mercure and ibis Samarinda are strategically located in the city center of Samarinda, offering a combined 301 rooms (139 for Mercure, 162 for ibis). Both hotels are conveniently connected to the City Centrum Lifestyle Mall and feature an enchanting view of the Mahakam River. We boast the biggest ballroom in the city with a wide Videotron screen, multiple dining venues including a rooftop restaurant, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. Position: Night Auditor
Qualifications:
- Experience in night audit or as a senior Front Desk Agent.
- Strong understanding of front office and basic accounting procedures.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- You will ensure a warm, personalized welcome for late arrivals.
- Responsible for closing the day’s transactions and preparing reports.
- Proficient in hotel PMS and Microsoft Excel.
