Position: Bakery Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist the bakery team in preparing doughs, bread, and other baked goods.
- Operate specialized bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all bread products served to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the bakery section.
- Assist in monitoring flour and ingredient stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commis or assistant in a professional bakery.
- Solid understanding of different bread-making techniques and fermentation.
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently with large volumes of dough.
- High physical endurance for demanding early morning and night shifts.
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation in the baking area.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to specialize in high-end resort bakery production in Anyer.
