Position: Pastry Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of raw materials for pastry and dessert production.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen area.
- Perform basic baking and mixing tasks under supervision.
- Properly store all finished products and raw ingredients.
- Follow all hygiene protocols specific to the delicate pastry environment.
Qualifications:
- Culinary background with a focus on pastry or baking arts.
