Ibis Bandung Trans Studio is the largest Ibis hotel in Indonesia, strategically located within the integrated Trans Studio Bandung complex. Our hotel features 397 Standard Rooms, 125 Premiere Rooms, and 20 Executive Rooms, connected to a shopping mall and indoor theme park. We are now expanding our team with new hotel jobs in Bandung.

Position: Front Desk Agent
About the Role:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and manage the check in and check out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Provide information about the hotel, Trans Studio complex, and Bandung attractions.
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest facing role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS (Property Management System).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations calmly.
- Willing to work in shifts.
