Position: Front Desk Agent

About the Role:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and manage the check in and check out process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Manage reservations and room assignments.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Provide information about the hotel, Trans Studio complex, and Bandung attractions.

Your Skills & Experiences:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS (Property Management System).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to handle high pressure situations calmly.
• Willing to work in shifts.
