Position: Duty Manager
General Requirements:
- Relevant experience or educational background in Hospitality.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the same position (or as a Front Office Supervisor).
- Guest satisfaction oriented and able to maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Good English literate, both oral & written.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to manage front office operations and handle guest escalations.
