Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Experience in luxury or international hotel brands is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally and courteously
- Well-organized, detail oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Familiar with hotel management systems (PMS): VHP
- Basic knowledge of cashiering, billing, and payment procedures
- Able to drive and holds a valid driving license
