Position: Chief Concierge
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Concierge team to ensure seamless guest service operations
- Maintain extensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural experiences in Bali
- Handle VIP guest requests and complex itineraries with precision and discretion
- Train and mentor staff to uphold The Ritz-Carlton service standards
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate transportation and luggage handling logistics efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and partners
Qualifications:
- Indonesian Nationality is mandatory
- Proven experience as a Chief Concierge or Assistant Chief Concierge in a luxury hotel
- Member of Les Clefs d’Or is highly preferred
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of Bali tourism and local culture
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints professionally
