Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage emergency situations and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Provide leadership and support to the front office team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Guest-oriented mindset
