Position: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience at the same position or minimum 2 years supervisory level.
- Experienced in the Hotel industry.
- Familiar with VHP System Program.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, talented, and able to work well with pressure.
- No smoking is an advantage.
