Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front office operations and serve as the main point of contact for guest issues.
- Ensure all pre-opening front office systems and procedures are tested and ready.
- Handle emergency situations and guest complaints with professionalism.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms.
- Train staff on brand standards and service recovery protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or duty manager role within the Front Office.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
