Position: Greeter
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with initial inquiries or directions
- Ensure a seamless flow of guest traffic in the lobby and entrance areas
- Liaise with the bell team and front desk to manage guest arrivals and departures
- Monitor the lobby environment to ensure it remains clean, professional, and inviting
- Provide concierge level assistance regarding local attractions and hotel services
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Relevant educational background in hospitality
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
