Position: Bellman – Daily Worker
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
- Store guest luggage securely and manage luggage tags.
- Assist with valet parking or transportation requests if needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby entrance area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bellman or in customer service.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Polite, professional, and service-oriented.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
