Position: AP/GC (Accounts Payable / General Cashier)
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Manage daily cash handling and banking transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in accounts payable or cashiering in a hotel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and organized.
