Position: HK Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Supervise room attendants and public area staff during shifts.
- Manage linen and cleaning supply inventories.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4-star hotel.
- Strong eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
