Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum Two (2) years experience in the same position
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Indonesian

- High loyalty, good team work and communication skill
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
