Position: Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, or through central reservation systems.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all guest inquiries.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by utilizing up-selling and yield management techniques.
• Maintain accurate guest records and booking information in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Work closely with the front office and sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role within a hotel.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (PMS) and online travel agency platforms.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Good command of English.
